How to Pause or Delete all Alerts at once?

To avoid having to Pause or Delete a large list of alerts one by one, you can instead pause/delete them all at once. To do that go to My Alerts and select the arrow in the green box. If you are not sure whether to delete all alerts yet, you can instead pause them by selecting "Pause all alerts".
